This is a writ petition of the year 2009. It appears from the order dated 16th October, 2009 that an objection as to the maintainability of the instant writ petition was raised when the writ petition was moved.

Though an interim order was passed on 16th October, 2009 but the same stood vacated by an order dated 30th October, 2009 as the petitioner was unable to proceed with the matter on that date. It also appears that disputed questions of fact are involved in the instant writ petition. However, since the writ petitioner is unrepresented, the instant writ petition stands dismissed for default.
