In view thereof, C.O. 3310 of 2023 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order no. 56 dated 14th August, 2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Additional Court at Tamluk, Purba Medinipur in J. Misc.(P) 13 of 2018.

The petitioner will be at liberty to take back the original certified copy of the order impugned upon furnishing a photostat copy of the same.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties expeditiously upon usual formalities.
