It appears that an inadvertent error has crept into the order dated 01.10.2020 passed by this Court. The case number was wrongly printed at the top of the order sheet. Instead of "CRR 3103 of 2020" it should actually be "CRR 3103 of 2017".
The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the order dated 01.10.2020 shall always be read conjointly with this order. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
