The petitioner alleges that the complaint lodged by her against the private respondents has not been acted upon.

It appears from the report submitted by the State that several complaints were lodged by the petitioner against the private respondents. The complaints were registered and upon completion of investigation, charge sheets have been submitted.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that in the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the investigation of the cases, she is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of her grievance.

No fruitful purpose shall be served by keeping the writ petition pending.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
