The petitioner is alleging that due to delay in publication of the result of TET 2014, she could not participate in the 2016 and 2022 selection process initiated for recruitment of Assistant Teacher in primary schools, as such, she is entitled to be appointed as a successful candidate in either of the said selection processes. It appears from the record that the petitioner was not TET qualified and did not have the requisite training qualification to participate in the 2016 selection process but despite acquiring those qualifications before the last date of submission of application of the 2022 selection process i.e., November 21, 2022, she chose not to apply.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer of the petitioner for appointment does not deserve any consideration.

WPA 22571 of 2023 is dismissed without any order as costs.
