The grievance of the petitioners is that the demolition sketch which has been forwarded to them does not clearly specify the portion of the structure which is to be demolished.

The sketch is annexed at page 127 of the writ petition. It appears therefrom that there is broken-line marking in the left side of the sketch which is required to be demolished. The sketch, however, is not very clear.

The Corporation is directed to serve a clear demolition sketch specifically indicating the portion that has been treated to be unauthorized and required to be demolished by the petitioners.

The demolition sketch shall be forwarded at the earliest but positively by 29th February, 2024. The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
