1. The petitioners complain of alleged inaction on the part of the Shyampur Police Station in respect of a complaint against the private respondents.

2. The petitioners allege that the private respondents have blocked the pathway and as a consequence thereof, they are unable to effect any construction.

3. This Court is of the view that the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature and appropriate civil remedies may be obtained.

4. Shyampur Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
