Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for a direction upon the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education not to give any effect and/or further effects to the list of wait-listed candidates (additional panels of 5%).
Mr. Subir Sanyal, learned senior counsel appearing for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education submits that if a detailed representation is made before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, then all the grievances of the petitioner can be redressed. Heard learned counsels appearing for the parties. Petitioner is requested to make a detailed representation before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education annexing all the relevant documents
required to redress her grievance at an earliest, preferably within a period of 15 days from date. If such representation is made before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education, then the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education shall consider the representation at an earliest and pass a reasoned order within a period of two weeks from the date of receiving of such representation.
It is needless to mention that the reasoned order should be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of passing of the reasoned order.
The writ petition is disposed of, however, no order as to costs.
Since no affidavit is called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
