Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appears to represent the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3. By this writ petition, the petitioner prayed for a direction to restrain the concerned respondents particularly, the out-going managing committee of the school from holding any meeting of the governing body on 13.11.2006 or any other day till the reconstitution of the governing body is completed.

I am of the view that with the passage of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
