By this writ petition, a direction was sought for upon the concerned respondent to extend the tenure of the Managing Committee of the school concerned after October 31, 2006.

I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
