The writ petitioner complains that the private respondents have illegally occupied her land and have evicted her from the premises. She has complained to the Police in this regard.

The dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is purely civil in nature and an appropriate civil proceeding may be taken out in this regard.

Panskura Police Station has made G. D. Entries in respect of the petitioner's complaint and has taken out proceeding under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C. 5.

The petitioner may seek civil remedies in respect of her complaint with regard to the property.

The report of the Panskura Police Station dated 28.11.2022 is taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be order as to costs.
