This Court was inclined to reject the application for contempt as this Court was of the view that the order of this Court has been complied with and if the petitioners pray for implementation of the order passed by the authorities, the petitioners are to file a separate writ petition.

Accordingly, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw the contempt application.

Accordingly, the comtempt application is dismissed as withdrawn. Contempt proceeding is dropped.
