1. The matter has been listed under the caption 'To Be Mentioned'.

2. It is submitted that the names of the learned advocates representing the petitioners have been inadvertently omitted in the judgment dated 31st July, 2025. Accordingly, the names of Mr. Apurba Kumar Ghosh, learned advocate and Mr. Rudranil Ghosh, learned advocate be incorporated by the department in the judgment dated 31st July, 2025 as representing the petitioners.

3. Further, it is seen that opposite party no. 1, Smt. Abharani Bhattacharyya, since expired, her name was expunged vide order dated 15th May, 2024 by a coordinate Bench and accordingly, the said name in the cause title is also to be replaced with the name of Sri Goutam Bhattacharyya, the opposite party no. 2 in the said judgment dated 31st July, 2025 by the department.

4. The other portions of the said judgment dated 31st July, 2025 shall stand unaltered.

5. Let this order form part of the judgment dated 31st July, 2025.
