The writ petitioner is aggrieved by investigation into the FIR No. 366 of 2022 dated 17.08.2022 with the Belda Police Station. The petitioner also prays for a copy of the P. M. report. Belda Police is represented and has filed a report dated 12.01.2023, which is taken on record. It appears that investigation has been completed and the Charge Sheet No. 464 of 2022 dated 07.12.2022 has been filed in the matter. A copy of the charge sheet is taken on record.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
