1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this habeas corpus petition has been filed for recovery of the child and during the pendency of this proceeding, the issue with regard to custody of the child has been resolved.

2. In view of the aforesaid, nothing remains in this application to be decided and we dispose of this petition by recording that the custody of the child is presently with the father.

3. The WPA(H) 59 of 2023 is, accordingly, disposed of.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
