AGP Mr. Arindam Chattopadhyay .....for the State Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra Ms. Supriya Dubey ......for the WBCSSC The writ petition is finally heard today in terms of the order dated 26th June, 2024 when Dr. Patra, learned advocate representing the West Bengal Central School Service Commission submits on instruction that in spite of thorough search made by the officials of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to find out status of the application of the petitioner in connection with her participation in 1st SLST 2016 (Upper Primary) from Rule 12(2) stage as it was conducted in terms of the order of the Hon'ble High Court, nothing was found on record which could support the case made out

in the writ petition that candidature of the petitioner is required to be considered by the Commission while conducting second round of selection process from Rule 12(2) stage.

The learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that no instruction is provided by the petitioner which would show that petitioner participated in second round of selection process which was conducted in terms of the order passed by the Hon'ble Court.

Since this Court does not find anything in the writ petition which corroborates participation of the petitioner in second round of selection process in connection with 1st SLST 2016 (Upper Primary), no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs.
