Heard learned counsels for the parties.

On prayer of the petitioner liberty is granted to withdraw the application and take necessary steps before the appropriate forum under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

In the event the petitioner prefers statutory appeal within one month from date, learned appellate Court shall deal with the appeal on merits and not dismiss the same on the ground of limitation. Certified copies of the documents filed by the petitioner be returned to the petitioner upon furnishing photocopies thereof. CRR 3986 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Connecting application being CRAN 2 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
