1. The petitioner was appointed pursuant to the recruitment process of first SLST, 2016.

2. Service of all the teachers in the 2016 recruitment process has been set at naught by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3. In view of the above, the prayer of the petitioner seeking transfer becomes infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as 'infructuous'.
