If any aid has been received from the Government for conducting or organizing the Durga Puja by Bantra Sarbanajin Durgatsab Committee in that case, the Inspector-in-Charge of Joynagar Police Station is directed that he would sit with the present organizers and fix a location where they can perform or organize the Durga Puja.

It is reiterated it may not be the same location and the committee or the organization would abide by the directions of Inspector-in-Charge of Joynagar Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 22741 of 2025 is disposed of.
