Challenging the action taken by the secured creditor for recovery of dues from the petitioner and the notice under Section 13(4) of the SARFASI Act, 2002, the present writ petition was preferred.

Due to existence of efficacious alternative remedy this writ petition can't be entertained.

In view thereof, the writ petition being WPA 19228 of 2010 is dismissed.

No order as to costs.
