Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits they are unable to arrange for local sureties. As a result they could not appear and pray for regular bail.

On the other hand, learned Counsel for the State submits they have been implicated in other criminal cases too. 3.
We have considered the materials on record.
Order of anticipatory bail was passed by a Co-ordinate Bench after considering all relevant facts. Presently petitioners contend they were unable to arrange for local sureties. Accordingly, they could not appear and pray for regular bail. 4.
Under such circumstances, we modify the conditions of bail and direct in the event of arrest, the petitioners, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of
Rs.5,000/- each, with two registered sureties of like amount each.

Other conditions of anticipatory bail shall remain the same
6. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.
