1. In view of the fact that the petitioner has failed to comply with the order dated 19th September, 2024, we are not inclined to allow the prayer for dismissal of the application as not pressed. This conduct of the petitioner is not appreciated.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed on merits.

3. The instruction is kept with the record.
