Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner since had received excess amount of family pension for some period, the authorities are deducting the said excess amounts by installments which will be ended in the month of May 2026.

To get the full amount pension, the petitioner is required to refund the excess amount she has received. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that her client is not in a position to refund the entire excess amount at a time.

However, the petitioner is free to exercise the option to refund the entire excess amount at a time to get the full amount of family pension.

W.P.A. 22941 of 2022 is disposed of with the above observations without any order as to costs.
