1. In the previous order, 2nd sentence of 1st paragraph the word "screener" shall be replaced by the word "scanner".

2. Pursuant to our earlier direction, it appears that the petitioner appeared before the I.O. The I.O. has filed a report and the same be kept with the record.

3. Considering the nature and gravity of the offence and the incriminating materials available in the case diary and also in the report filed by the I.O. and the possibility of the petitioner being involved in the commission of the offence alleged cannot be ruled out and it is only at the stage of investigation, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
