By the said order the Court had directed consideration of a representation of the petitioner and disposed of the same by way of a reasoned order within eight weeks from date.

Despite service no one appeared on behalf of the respondent/Bank on November 17, 2022.

It appears that the petitioner's representation has not been considered.

Let the said representation be considered within a period of three weeks from date and a reasoned order be passed upon giving a personal hearing to the petitioner. Such reasoned order be communicated to the petitioner within one week from passing thereof. With the directions aforesaid, CAN 1 of 2022 is

disposed of.
