Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Let the same be kept with the record. The same is enclosed with the chemical examiner's report. It has been submitted that subsequently supplementary charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court on 30th October, 2023. The next date is fixed on 22nd November, 2023 before the learned special court.

Having considered the fact that the petitioner is in custody for more than 1 year and three months, I am of the opinion that the learned trial court would take efforts for consideration of charges on the next date so fixed or within a month thereafter. Learned trial court thereafter would in the fitness of circumstances try to fix a schedule consisting of three dates once in every two months so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical

conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3630 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
