1. Mr. Nirmalya Biswas, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr. Asok Kr. Chakraborty, learned Additional Solicitor General for the respondents.

3. With the consent, heard.

4. Learned counsel for petitioner at the outset submits that now petitioner is not pressing his present petition against the transfer order. He will be satisfied if this petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to decide his pending representation dated 19th May, 2022, (Annexure-'A/10' to the OA). Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the tribunal has already issued such directions but it could not fetch any result.

5. Learned ASG has no objection to this innocuous prayer.

6. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with following directions:-

i.

Petitioner shall resubmit the said representation dated 19th May, 2022, along with copy of this order before Respondent No.3.

ii.

In turn, Respondent No.3 shall consider and decide the said representation in accordance with law within 90 days therefrom.

iii.

The outcome of the said consideration shall be communicated to the petition.

7. With the aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on the merits of this case, the writ petition is disposed of.
