Pursuant to the order dated 26th June, 2024 the school authority of Ghasiara Vidyapith District-South 24 Parganas being respondent nos. 4 and 5 is represented by Mr. Kishore Mukherjee, learned advocate who submits that all the papers relating to the service of the petitioner which she rendered upto 1st August, 2011 have been made ready and the service book of the petitioner is produced before this Court for consideration.

It is also submitted by Mr. Sakti Pada Jana, learned advocate representing the petitioner that benefit of pay protection in consideration of the service rendered by the petitioner in Ghasiara Vidyapith till date has not been

extended to her since service book and other documents relating to her service in the first school were not updated and forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Kolkata under whom petitioner is presently working. Learned advocate representing respondent nos. 4 and 5 submits that if Court permits immediately service records of the petitioner shall be forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools (SE) South 24 Parganas for onward transmission to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Kolkata. In view of the submissions made by the respective parties the writ petition stands disposed of directing the school authority of Ghasiara Vidyapith District-South 24 Parganas being respondent nos. 4 and 5 immediately forward service book and all other service records including provident fund account of the petitioner to the District Inspector of Schools (SE) South 24 Parganas by fortnight from date upon updating those documents.

On receipt of the papers the District Inspector of Schools (SE) South 24 Pargans being respondent no. 3 is directed to forward the service related records of the petitioner to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Kolkata being respondent no. 6 by fortnight thereafter. On receipt of documents the respondent no. 6 shall take necessary steps for extending the benefit of pay protection to the petitioner within 4 (four) weeks thereafter in accordance with law. If necessary, the respondent no. 6 shall also forward the service records of the petitioner to

her present school i.e. Jadavpur N.K. Pal Adarsha Shikshayatan, Kolkata.
