It is submitted that portion of the Court's order dated 22.06.2023 directing the police picket has been stayed by the Division Bench of this Court's order dated 18th October, 2023 in MAT 1379 of 2023. Insofar as first part of the order is concerned, FIR has been registered and Charge Sheet No. 179 of 2023 dated 29.04.2023 has been filed against the accused persons.

The report of the O.C., Kolaghat P.S. in the form of instructions addressed to Government Pleader is kept with the record along with a copy of the order of the Division Bench.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt petition.

Accordingly, contempt application being CPAN 1292 of 2023 is disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
