2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. Considering the report filed by the I.O, which, prima facie, discloses that the petitioner is also known as Sk Manik and prima facie the identity is established and also having regard to the nature and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
