Ms. Panja Moulick, learned advocate appearing for the State respondents submits that the victim girl has already been recovered and has been handed over to Child Welfare Committee, Paschim Medinipur. Let the report, as produced, be kept on record.

Since the victim girl has already been recovered, no further order is required to be passed in the present application.

The habeas corpus petition being WPA (H) 60 of 2023 is, accordingly, disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties.
