Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that other co-accused were enlarged on anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention to the injury report of the victim. He submits that other co-accused were ladies and, therefore, enlarged on anticipatory bail considering the involvement therein.

The order dated September 9, 2022 passed in CRM (A) 4345 of 2022 refers that the injuries suffered by the victim does not suggest it to be grievous hurt.

Apparently, the case diary contains materials suggesting that one of the victims suffered grievous hurt. The victim suffered fractured injury. The petitioners before us are male members. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 4849 of 2022 is dismissed.
