In paragraph 4 at the first page of the said order due to typographical mistake the word 'plaintiff' has been wrongly gone down as the 'defendant'.

Let the said word of the order dated April 11, 2022 be corrected accordingly.

The department is directed to carry out the aforesaid correction in the said order and also the certified copy, if already supplied to the parties. The other portion of the order remains unaltered. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
