1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. After hearing the parties, the learned counsel for the petitioners finds that there are technical defects in the writ application, which cannot be cured by way of supplementary affidavit or by way of amendment.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ application with the liberty to file afresh.

3. Accordingly, WPA 22982 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. It is made clear that the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a fresh application after withdrawing the previous application before the Passport Authority. If any application is filed, the Passport Authority shall take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
