It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner he is in custody for about a year. It is further submitted petitioner has been falsely implicated. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. 3.

Learned Advocate for the de-facto complainant also opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of eyewitness implicates the petitioner in the murder. On the showing of the petitioner, firearm has also been recovered. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and bearing in mind gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 5.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
