Considering as such, I am inclined to invoke the provision of Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the proceeding being G.R. No.

434 of 2007 arising out of Bidhannagar P.S. Case No. 104 dated 03.08.2007 under Sections 420 / 467 /468 /471 /477A /406 / 120B of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Bidhannagar, 24 Parganas (North) to secure ends of justice.

With this observation, the revisional application, along with applications, is disposed of.

Let a copy of the order be sent down to the learned Trial Court for information and necessary action.
