Ms. Debadrita Mondal .....for the State In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Petitioner has prayed for waiver of conditions of bail granted on 04.12.2024.

Report submitted by the State reflects that victim along with the interpreter was lastly available on 02.03.2023, thereafter next date has been fixed on 10.02.2026. As such there is no progress of the trial of the case. There are not adverse report against the present petitioner, in the alternative petitioner has complied with the conditions as is reflected in the report. Having regard to the same, I am of the opinion that the conditions so imposed while granting bail be hereby waived. However, this will not prevent the learned trial Court to imposing any conditions for smooth progress of the trial. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is allowed.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
