It is submitted on behalf of the learned Advocate for the petitioner that during the pendency of the instant revisional application the original Suit being Title Suit No. 24 of 2017 has already been decreed in favour of the present petitioner.

It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioner that with the disposal of original title suit, the instant revisional application being C.O. 3217 of 2022 is dismissed as infructuous.
