In view thereof, the instant civil revisional application is disposed of requesting the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, 3rd Court at Howrah to dispose of the Title Suit No. 543/2015 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There will be no order as to costs.
