Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Jagatballavpur Police Station in respect of her complaint against the private respondents. The private respondents were obstructing the petitioner while she was constructing a boundary wall on the premises. 3.

The police report indicates that the private respondents' claim that the petitioner is encroaching upon their property.

This Court is of the view that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is civil in nature and appropriate civil proceedings may be sought by the parties.

Jagatballavpur Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be order as to costs.
