The petitioners pray for a direction upon the 4th respondent to consider the application submitted by them on 28th August, 2023 seeking change of timing in the timetable issued in their favour.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the 4th respondent be directed to consider the application in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the application submitted by the petitioners dated 28th August, 2023 within four weeks from the date of communication of this order upon affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other person whom the authority may deem fit and proper to be heard, in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereof.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition, being WPA 22636 of 2023 is disposed of.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties on usual undertakings. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
