The plaintiff in a suit for partition is the petitioner of the instant revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India which is directed against order No.56 dated August 31, 2024 passed by the 2nd Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Asansol, District: Paschim Bardhaman in the said suit being Title Suit No. 102 of 2021.

The learned Trial Judge by the order impugned dated August 31, 2024 has allowed the defendant No. 1 to have an electricity meter in his occupied portion of joint property.

This Court does not find any illegality and/or infirmity with the order impugned warranting interference.

C.O. 3352 of 2024 is, therefore, dismissed without any order as to costs.
