It is submitted by the learned counsel for the alleged contemnors that PPO has been issued.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- has been unauthorizedly deducted from the amount payable to the petitioner.

The same constitutes an independent cause of action, which may be pursued in accordance with law. In so far as interest on the arrears are concerned, let the PPO be amended accordingly forthwith. The District Inspector of Schools (PE), Paschim Medinipur and the DPPG shall take necessary steps in this regard forthwith. 4.

In view of the above, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor, if any, is dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

7.

There will be no order as to costs.

8.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
