Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order of the Appellate Authority dated 25th August, 2021 dismissing the appeal of the petitioner against the order of cancellation of the petitioner's registration dated 3rd August, 2022 and there is delay of more than seven months in filing the appeal without any explanation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order of the Appellate Authority and, accordingly this writ petition being WPA 22983 of 2022 is dismissed. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
