Mr. Pinak Mitra, learned counsel empanelled with the State is requested to appear. Copy of the petition is served upon him.

I have considered the materials on record.

Case was registered in 2018. It is pending since last six years. Trial has commenced and three witnesses have been examined. Under such circumstances, I request the trial court to examine the prosecution witnesses as expeditiously as possible by fixing dates at short intervals and conclude the trial at an early date without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

With the aforesaid directions CRR 3993 of 2024 stands disposed of.
