Perused the report filed by the engineers of the Corporation.

It is evident from the report that the mandatory side open spaces have been infringed by the person responsible for making construction.

The Corporation is, accordingly, directed to take steps against the illegality that has been detected. Steps shall be taken in the matter by the Executive Engineer of the concerned borough in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
