Matter is heard out of turn in view of urgency. Learned advocates representing the parties have jointly submitted that last date of submitting on-line application in terms of notice dated 21st August, 2025 being memo no.

1576/7002/CSSC/ESTT/2025 issued by Secretary of West Bengal Central School Service Commission is today, i.e. 24th September, 2025.

Mr.

Dasgupta learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that the petitioners are teacher training course pursuing candidates. They are eligible to participate in TET, 2025 in terms of aforesaid notice dated 21st August, 2025 on the strength of relevant guidelines and notifications issued by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). 5.

Identical issue has already been considered by this Court today in another writ petition being WPA 22719 of 2025 (Hasan Mondal & Ors. Vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) and an order was passed disposing of the writ petition thereby permitting the petitioners in that writ petition to participate in TET, 2025 in terms of the notification dated 9th September, 2025. 6.

The order passed in Hasan Mondal (supra) governs the issue involved in this writ petition.

Hence, petitioners shall be permitted to submit application in off-line mode before the concerned authority of West Bengal Central School Service Commission by tomorrow, 25th September, 2025 by 1.00 PM based on which the Commission shall permit the petitioners to participate in TET, 2025 as per notification dated 9th September, 2025, if petitioners are otherwise eligible.

With the aforesaid direction, writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Learned advocates representing parties are granted leave to communicate this order to the Secretary of the Commission immediately without waiting for server copy.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
