The matter has appeared in the list under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' for correction of the order dated 7th October, 2024.

On the said date, on the prayer of the learned advocate for the petitioner, leave was granted to the advocate-on-record of the petitioner to implead the concerned Sub-Inspector of Schools, Sabang Circle as respondent.

Presently, it has been submitted that the proper authority shall be the Sub-Inspector of Schools, Mohar Circle under Sabang Block.

The order, accordingly, requires correction.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner is granted leave to correct the description of the respondent no. 11 in the cause title of the writ petition.
