This is an application for expeditious hearing of Title Suit No.282 of 2021 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Barrackpore, District North 24 Parganas.

The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the hearing of the application under Order XXVI Rule 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been fixed on November 24, 2023. In view of such submission, CO 3328 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Barrackpore, District North 24 Parganas to take up the hearing of the application under Order XXVI Rule 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure on the next date fixed i.e. on November 24, 2023 and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within two months from the next date fixed without granting

any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

After disposal of the interlocutory applications, the learned Trial Judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties on usual formalities.
