The petitioner has filed this instant writ petition seeking direction upon the respondent authorities and their subordinate employees and/or assignees, specifically the Murshidabad District Primary School Council to accept the application of the petitioner for the Selection Test, 2009 for the post of Assistant Primary Teacher under the Exempted Category (EC) as Ex-Census employee/worker on the basis of the Excensus certificate issued by the Block Development Officer and Charge Officer, Rural Census Town Charge, Raghunathganj-1 Block, District Murshidabad (being Annexure P-3 to this writ petition) and to give benefit of the reserve posts for the Assistant Primary Teacher under Exempted Category (EC) under the said Council.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is sought for.

This case pertains to the year 2009, almost 16 years have been passed.

Considering the nature of prayer and long pendency, this Court seems after passage of time either petitioner's purpose has been solved or he has abandoned his prayer.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 17759 of 2009 stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

7.

There shall however be no order as to costs.
